metadata.dc.description.resumo:	Esta publicação tem o objetivo de esclarecer aspectos legais e administrativos para as Entidades Executoras do Pnae realizarem as com pras de produtos alimentícios da agricultura familiar, pautando-se, em especial na Resolução CD/FNDE nº 06 de 8 de maio de 2020 (alterada pela Resolução CD/FNDE nº 20 de 2/12/2020 e Resolução CD/FNDE nº 21/2021), envolvendo todos os passos necessários de se observar para a efetivação das compras e cumprimento do Artigo 14 da Lei nº 11.947/2009
Abstract:	This publication aims to clarify legal and administrative aspects for the Executing Entities of the Pnae to carry out the purchase of food products from family agriculture, guided, in particular, in the Resolution CD/FNDE No. 06 of May 8, 2020 (amended by CD/FNDE Resolution No. 20 of 12/2/2020 and CD/FNDE Resolution No. 21/2021), involving all the necessary steps to observe for the execution of purchases and compliance with Article 14 of the Law No. 11.947/2009
