| Abstract: | This manual aims to guide the entities that maintain educational institutions higher education in completing, issuing and paying GPS guides (Guia da Previdência Social) and DARF (Documento de Arrecadação de Receitas Federal), through the use of Treasury Financial Certificates – Series “E” (CFT-E), as permitted by Law no. 10,260, of July 12, 2001, and by Ministerial Ordinance No. 505, of October 7, 2010, of the Ministry of Finance. |
