Abstract

The present work intends to apply Process and Result Map (MaPR) techniques for the construction of evaluative research in an educational infrastructure program school; the Direct Money at School Program (PDDE). Evaluating policies and programs is understand whether the efforts undertaken in the implementation stage are working to solve the original problems. The use of MaPR enhances the chances of elaborating evaluation surveys that deliver inputs relevant to the correction of programs, identification of innovations and successes, enhancing organizational learning. Furthermore, MaPR enables the use of a triangulated evaluation, which tends to provide greater robustness to the assessment, ensuring greater plurality in decision-making.
